本應用程式「算分明 CalcRight」由成德地產有限公司（以下簡稱「本公司」）開發與營運。

二、我們收集的資料

2.1 帳號資料

當您使用 Google 帳號登入時，我們會取得您的 Email 地址與顯示名稱，用於身份驗證與訂閱關聯。

2.2 訂閱資料

訂閱方案、購買日期、到期日期、續訂狀態等資料委託 RevenueCat 與 Google Play 帳單處理（詳見「五、第三方服務」）。本公司不直接儲存信用卡或付款明細。

2.3 計算用資料（即用即丟）

當您執行水電費計算時，計算所需的純數字資料（電表度數、金額、費率、房間天數）會傳送至本公司雲端計算引擎（Google Cloud Run）進行運算，運算完成後結果回傳至您的手機。這些數字資料不會被永久儲存。

2.4 雲端伺服器存取紀錄

為了維持服務穩定、防止濫用、處理客戶問題，雲端計算伺服器會記錄以下資料於系統日誌（log）：

系統日誌不會記錄：房客姓名、電話、身分證、地址、計算的數值內容、計算結果。

2.5 使用配額紀錄

為公平分配雲端資源並支援「本月剩餘次數」顯示，我們在 Google Firestore 儲存：您的 UID、本月已使用計算次數、配額重置時間。配額紀錄每月歸零並覆寫。

1. Service Provider

CalcRight is developed and operated by Cheng De Real Estate Co., Ltd. (the "Company").

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Account data

When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and display name, used for authentication and subscription linkage.

2.2 Subscription data

Subscription plan, purchase date, expiration date, and renewal status are handled by RevenueCat and Google Play Billing (see Section 5). The Company does not directly store credit card or payment details.

2.3 Calculation input (ephemeral)

When you perform utility fee calculations, the necessary numerical data (meter readings, amounts, rates, room days) are sent to our cloud calculation engine (Google Cloud Run) for processing. Results are returned to your device. This numerical data is not stored persistently.

2.4 Cloud server access logs

For service stability, abuse prevention, and customer support, the cloud calculation server records the following in system logs:

Your user identifier (UID)
Request time, response time, server revision
HTTP status codes, error codes (if calculation fails)

System logs do not record: tenant names, phone numbers, ID numbers, addresses, calculation values, or calculation results.

Log retention: 30 days, automatically deleted after expiration.

2.5 Usage quota records

To fairly allocate cloud resources and support "remaining uses this month" display, we store in Google Firestore: your UID, monthly usage count, and quota reset time. Quota records reset and overwrite monthly.

2.6 What we explicitly do NOT collect

The following data is stored locally on your device and is never uploaded to any server:

Room numbers, features, rent
Tenant names, phones, Line IDs, IDs, contact information
Meter readings, meter photos
Billing history, move-out records

2.7 Where exactly do your photos go?

Many users ask where their meter photos actually end up. Step by step:

Sent to us?	Never. Our cloud server has no file-receiving endpoint. Photos never reach the server, so there is no leak path.
Saved to your system gallery?	Not at the moment. A future "Save to my gallery" toggle (off by default, opt-in) may be added.
When you uninstall	All in-app photos are automatically cleared

3. How We Use Your Data

The Company uses collected data solely for:

Identity and subscription verification
Providing calculation engine service
Abuse prevention (request rate limits, per-request size limits, monthly quotas)
Resolving customer issues you report

The Company never uses your data for advertising, sells to third parties, or uses it beyond the above purposes.

4. Data Sharing

The Company does not actively share your data with third parties, except in the following cases:

Necessary outsourcing: Subscription data is handled by RevenueCat and Google Play (see Section 5).
Legal requirements: When required by Taiwanese law or authorities.

7. Data Deletion

Local data: Can be cleared instantly via the app or your device's app manager.

Cloud account data:

"Settings > Account > Delete account" in the app processes immediately; Firebase account and Firestore quota records are cleared instantly.
System logs are cleared automatically after 30 days.

Subscription data: Cancel subscriptions via Google Play subscription management. Related records are retained by Google and RevenueCat per their policies.

8. Data Security

The Company employs the following measures:

All network transmissions use HTTPS encryption
The cloud calculation engine requires Firebase App Check device integrity verification to prevent bot or fake-app calls
Cloud server logs only record UID and timestamps, never calculation values or tenant data
Per-request size, per-minute, per-day, and per-month usage all have limits

9. Children's Privacy

This app is not intended for children under 13. The Company does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Policy Changes

Updates will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date will be revised. Material changes will be announced via in-app notification.
